P.A.L.S., LLC is a premier full-service reasonable accommodation Washington, DC-based firm providing medical and non-medical support to federal government agencies and the private sector nationwide. Since our inception in 1997, our goal has been to assist disabled employees to remain independent in the workplace by providing Readers to visually impaired individuals, American Sign Language (ASL) to deaf or hard of hearing individuals, and Personal Assistants (PA) to individuals with mobility issues. your satisfaction is our main priority. We are passionate about our work and that is why we have consistently earned the government’s highest ratings annually.
As an economically disadvantaged women-owned HUBZone company, we understand more than some that inclusion, respect, and fairness live at the core of our culture and we believe the diversity of our customer base makes us, as a nation, stronger; and we, as a firm, are always working to do better for our customer base. As a demonstration of that effort, P.A.L.S., LLC Management has designed and implemented training for our staff to address this new normal not only through a hands-on approach but also remotely.
What We Do

With a mission to achieve a long-term, holistic approach to supporting our clients’ Personal Assistance Services (PAS) and Reasonable Accommodation (RA) programs that bring a sustainable outcome of their programs through education, environment, and demonstrated track record, P.A.L.S., LLC knows how to create positive change in this “new normal”.
The new normal requires new approaches. P.A.L.S., LLC’s approach focuses on quickly meeting the challenges of this new world having implemented training for our staff to address this new normal not only through a hands-on approach but also remotely.
For more than two (2) decades, P.A.L.S., LLC had been an active part of a host of federal government agencies – the U.S. Department of Transportation, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, NASA, and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission – solution to ensuring an inclusive working environment for its disabled employees. We are continuing to work diligently to play a vital part in building better PAS and RA programs.
